Do you design residential spaces?

We don’t. We only offer interior design services for commercial projects.

I’ve ordered an item from your website. When will I receive it?

For small item deliveries on the Isle of Man, we will endeavour to deliver your item within 2 - 4 days. For larger deliveries (such as sofas, cabinets etc) we will call you (on the phone number provided at the time of placing your order) to arrange a suitable delivery day/time.

Can I purchase a gift voucher?

Absolutely! You can buy digital gift vouchers for different amounts from our online shop here. Please contact us if you would prefer a printed gift voucher as we would be very happy to arrange this for you. Gift vouchers can be redeemed for twelve months after the purchase date.

What does Rehab Squared mean?

The word ‘rehab’ refers to the physical rehabilitation of vintage furniture or interior spaces. The word ‘squared’ refers to the act of balancing; the squaring up of the ‘rehabbed’ furniture or interior spaces. The fact that ‘squared’ can also be written as a number ² also refers to the fact that Rehab Squared is the 2nd design studio that follows the original Interior Rehab Design Studio that ran from 2010-2015.

Delivery, Shipping etc

Free Delivery: Items will be delivered free of charge to any address on the Isle of Man by the Rehab Squared delivery team.

Orders from outside the Isle of Man will be subject to domestic UK / international shipping fees. These fees are calculated based on package dimensions and weight. Please contact us for specific shipping / postage costs.

Larger items: Please bear in mind that larger items (sofas, cabinets etc) will be delivered ‘curbside’ This means that the Rehab Squared delivery team is not responsible for delivering the item into your property.

Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges

Rehab Squared accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please kindly notify us should you wish to return your item within this time. Please contact us as soon as possible should you have any problems with your order. Refunds will only be issued once items are returned to us and have been inspected for quality. Items not returned in the original condition will understandably not be issued a refund.

Due to the nature of the following items (unless they arrive damaged or defective) we are unable to accept returns for:

Custom or personalised orders.

Conceptual design work.

Digital downloads.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept cancellations for custom orders once the order has been accepted and deposit paid. Deposits for custom orders are not returnable and form part of the final price of the order.
